REVO FREIGHT helped launch Amazon’s LSP (Line Haul Service Providers) program in the Seattle area. We are currently the largest Amazon LSP contractor in the Northwest.

DOT WEIGH STATIONS
You must stop at all Weight Stations. If given an inspection, follow commands from the DOT inspector and notify a Manager/Dispatcher. Ensure you are in the far right lane for motion scales.
EXCEPTIONS
You do NOT have to Stop If:
The station is closed.

Abide by all rules posted.
I AGREE TO CHECK FOR AN OREGON TRIP PERMIT & STOP AT DOT WEIGH STATIONS.

VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
Use Samsara to claim your assigned truck & perform all mandatory Pre/Post-trip inspections. Cameras are always on when the truck is on providing a Picture every 5 minutes. A 20-second video will record if a harsh event is detected.
FUEL CARDS
All trucks are assigned a Comdata fuel card. The pin number for the fuel card is the truck unit number. The Manager will provide all additional information as well Your trainer will give you hands-on experience with fueling procedures. These procedures are closely monitored.

DVIR
Select your truck and bypass trailer selection. Click “DVIR”. Perform PRE/POST trip inspections. Create a new log & complete. Make sure to notate if it’s a Pre-Trip or Post-Trip.


Pre & Post-trip Inspections
Required 10-15 min inspection:

Wheels (Tread depth, lugs, hub/axle seals, disc space)

Lights (Signals, head/brake, clearance/markers)

Windshield

Fluids (oil, transmission, power steering, coolant, washer, diesel, DEF)

Drive line

Brake checks (Air and service)

Emergency Equipment (Fire Ext and triangles)

Paperwork (Truck registration & insurance/liability)
Conduct a pre-trip before being dispatched. Perform a post-trip upon your return. Both results are noted on your driver log.

ACCIDEnt REPORTING

Stop immediately.

Pull off the road or, if necessary, position your vehicle to protect the scene and help prevent further accidents.

Call 911.
-
Care for the injured.
-
Take good photos of vehicles, drivers, road conditions, etc.

Gather driver(s) and witness(es) statements, and insurance information, and exchange all information with the other driver(s)/involved party.

Report the incident to your supervisor by phone.

Complete Incident/Accident Report Form before completing your shift.
